Yes New Orleans, almost delayed our cruise. Some areas of the city anyway got that much, some got an inch or two. Went on a fan boat tour, was +5, damn chilly. Every gator we saw was in a state of hibernation

Hahaha , ya I wasn’t prepared for that, I left my winter coat in my truck at the airport. Had a hoodie that’s all. Bought the same toque as the guy in the picture I added. Was a brutal 4 hours.
