Not cool when the media chooses sides even worse to incorporate a non-home team into their moniker. Yes...the Esks are not playing today but when they do I never see the green and gold held to that standard in the Sun...shame on you

As much as I hate the media in general and rags like the Sun in particular I can see their point. This is an east vs west championship and we are in the west, hence the Riders are Edmonton's defacto home team. That being said I hope the Sun burns to the ground,,, just cause.

Met friends at the Spirit of Edmonton late Saturday night. Line up was crazy. Friend from past comes running up saying she has been Peter Mckays (defence minister) escort for the weekend (not that type of escort). Disappears for a second then comes back with 3 security guys and we are walked up stairs to the party. Apparently we were "federal diplomats".

Cool!!
