Anybody know what the conditions are like now? Probably going there on Fri to do some exploring, haven't decided yet whether to hit Graves or go closer to Whitefish...any suggestions?

Strictly based on the Snotel I'd say its gonna suck. I haven't been there in a few weeks but snowpack just keeps compressing. Its been very warm, I was going to head down this weekend but now I'm not going to bother.

Don't waste your time, the dam seams to be the only spot but spring conditions

Wow! So quiet on this thread. So was down to Graves through Xmas and had a good time. Question is, has anyone been around the Marston area and did the fire destroy what was there or is it better riding and access to Olney system?

Still good at Marston and always more snow the closer you get to Whitefish from the border. Graves can be low or no snow and
Whitefish area can have a lot.

Still can't understand why this thread is so quiet. Anyhow, anybody been to the Ten Lakes area this year? Enough snow for the groomer to be in service yet?

Bought my MT trail pass yesterday and heard there was up to 7' on the east side of Eureka. They also said, "the Kalispell dudes were coming up to Eureka because there is not enough snow in Kalispell."

There is quite a bit of snow up Graves Cr fellas, but whoever said there was 7', is probably also the same guy who thinks he has a 12", ahem, riser! My folks live year round about 12miles as the crow flies east of Therriault Lakes at around 4800' elevation, or about 3 miles from the old Moose city border crossing. Dad has about 20" at the house and the top of Stahl peak is only showing around 60" of snow. Not wanting to discourage anyone from coming down riding, just don't want everyone thinking every clearcut is stump free and tons of snow that isn't there yet.

Anybody ride in the Eureka area lately?
I have an engine I'd like to break in before I mothball the toy and I'm curious about Graves Creek staging area.
Like to know if the snow line is hanging around low enough to ride to the lakes and back.
