Ron any price lists yet for the GPS units that are going to be available at the course. Would sure be nice to have these before we start the course so that those wishing to purchase one will know how $$ to bring so that we could have them to use during the course, or is there actually any hands on deminstrations??

Im suprised there's no interest in learning how to use a GPS. Ive had a few cancellations allready. If your interested Im checking this at Midnight tonight to do all the final confirmations. You dont have to be on the site to go. But I need to fill as much as possible, as this is not free to get the instructor out. Well it is what it is, the course will go on.

Last chance to get in, its only a few hours of your time that help you alot later.

You Pay at the Course, Cash, Visa, MC, or Interac

Thanks to all who came to the GPS course. And thanks to Toeknee for supplying the classroom with the comfy chairs, this really kept our costs down for this. As this was a basic gps course I learned many things, I always just went out and turned on the unit, I could never find a track that I set, Now I know why. And you have to set up your GPS properly right from the start. We Started with a general map and figured out coordinates and then worked our way to entering those into a gps unit and mapping a destination. Now its time to play with the unit a bit too. There was a book he mentioned, what was the name of the book?

Thanks to Ron for arranging the course and Toeknee for having coffee ready during the break.
WOW, there is a lot more to to owning a GPS then I knew - map reading, longitude and lattitudes and a bunch of other very interesting things....plus, not one person in the room had thier GPS set up right, bet most of you don't as well.

Here are a few photos from the our training.
