Got Screwed By Spot

So I bought a new SPOT gps tracker emergency beacon dealy back when they had the $100 rebate deal on. I filled out all the paperwork, sent it all in with the UPC off the box as requested and waited for my cheque.
4 months later, I get a letter from them saying I never sent in my UPC and don't qualify for the rebate. WTF!!
I tried calling them before I went to work and all I ever got was on hold music. I can even send them a pic of the box where I cut the UPC out.
Anyone else get screwed on this deal.

Switched to InReach and now Happy x3!!

I'm gonna call them when I get home from work and give them a chance to make it right.
If not then when my subscription expires I might switch to In Reach out of spite.
