put the VA belt drive Guard on it if you don't want to do a skid plate.

I got a skid plate, need one of those. Was going to get the skinz one but its like $30 shipping from sled solutions....... going to wait after the saskatoon show if no one has one ill have to order something....... rec supplys fleet of experienced staff had no clue what i was talking about. I think i friend of mine got the tri city performance one from prairie rec in prince albert.

HATE paying $30 shipping on a $50-60 item.

are you planning to adjust oil-pump on this machine? Or these sleds do not have a problem with lean oil to gas ratio?

Debated it but didnt get a solid answer on how many turns. Im going to add to tank for now. My 700 was a oil burner and it has 5007 miles and been flawless.

3 turns brings the ratio from 50:1 to approx 30:1

Here's a how to adjust vid: http://youtu.be/lFjLN-YqGk0
No need to remove secondary or clutch cover like they do in the vid, that is pointless you can get at it from the belt drive side like he does in the vid

Which ratio do you guys think would be the best one 1:50 as I guess. 1:30 seems too much for me

I thought it goes from 100:1-80:1 to 50:1 turning it in 3 times. Guys that turned it 4 turns is like 40:1... Im going to drive mine and see what its at before i turn it up. I see i can turn it up with a long extension and a u joint....

Actually my dads f8 the arm came off so we unhooked it cause it jambed and his throttle stuck. We had no idea how long its been off but it uses oil and we are thinking its wide open. Sled runs perfect and almost has 6000 miles on it so more oil the better.

No I didn't think that! I was just saying some guys complain about burning oil but I like it when they burn a bit more oil.

What do you think of the Burandt Tunnel Bag? Is it worth $170?

I premix my jetski at 30:1. It fouls plug here and there but it's WAY cheaper then a motor! 50:1 cost me a piston its first summer... The greenies cringe when I cold start it now and that's how I like it!
