goose tower ride

I'll be hungry by 7:00am. And after that I'll be due for violation. should be sleding by 9:00 am.

Already up and waiting to head off. Looks like 12 of us should be there for 9 - 9:30. Hoping to have a fun and safe journey today! I need a day with no break downs, but I do have a Polaris?!

Another Ride at the Goose.

-30 in the Morning, -15 in the afternoon.
I had fun, found some real good spots.

Looks like it was pretty good. I am probably heading up thursday. Hopefully we will be able to still find some freshy stuff. Did that Polaris that rides with you actually make it all day without breakin?

Natique95 - broke bottom A-arm bolt and shock, hit something (stump/Tree).

TKO, bent trailing arm, big hammer fix it rightup (kinda).

Ryeser, sled not one thing BUT he may have to go out and plant some trees with the phillster...

Phillster, took it to the trees

Flatoutandfishtailing, loves his tinfoil sled
not broke but bent his a-arms
So mad wants to sell it.

Got Rye, not signed up yet has same sled as Flatout and works great
I will attached pic's of him and where he tryed to drive you have to look close but it is there:d

Dwayne, sled worked fine but always stuck...

Myself, well - sled ran Great

Marballeye,and 3 outer guys sleds ran great.

HUGE thanks to Magnet for inviting me along. was an aweome day at goose. luckily no carnage! snow was crotch deep and got about 10" of fresh. snowed all day!

There was small carnage I bent ski runner and ski bracket but minor 1/2 hr on the press at work and she's ready to rock. not bad for hitting a stump and launching itself 10ft in the air. was a really good day lots of snow. If we could of only kept that kitty from trying to climb trees. that pic was #2 of three trees it climbed that day. more pics to follow.:d

The area you guys were in looks pretty deep. I am from Red Deer and always looking for new areas to ride plus my wife is still uncomfortable in the mountains. How do you get to Goose Tower and how far from Red Deer to drive?

in his defence the first two were hit by a newbie first time ever on a sled. as for the third one well...... no excuse for him. i think it was just the cat wanted to be up a tree... probably got scared off by the doos that were running around there.lol.
