good starter sled??? or too mutch power?

judging from your other post about this 700 not wanting to run right. the trade for the 550 would be a really good deal. at least it runs. you could always sell and upgrade from that. alot easier to sell if it starts and runs good.

That's my point. You're swapping sleds before you've even ridden them. Wait for some snow, get some miles under your belt, then decide what you want to do.

which was???

wierd but the gas switch was messed up. it would close somtimes without me knowing (I think just vibration) when I have somone hold it open it runs GREAT so its all good.

if you are a responsible rider than the size of your sled shouldnt play a factor, it matters how you ride it. if you go and ride and just putz around youll be fine. but its when you go and start goofing around that things screw up. at 105 lb you dont have the weight and strength to properly control a bigger sled. but if you want to get into sleding and find your self a good machine look for a polaris indy 500. or a skidoo 583 summit. there both a great reliable sled. also consider what type of snow conditions you get. if you get 2 1/2 feet of snow in a winter than get one that can go in that. but if your going through wind swept feilds get a smaller machine.
