Cause is open to interpretation. He could say he saw you swerve for no reason and pull you over for distracted driving, suspiscion of impaired driving or poor spelling. They can make up any reason they want. Like some have said if you have nothing to hide then should be no worries.

I really dislike that whole, "if you have nothing to hide you should have no worries." That's how we are losing our freedoms, it's the same drivel that the NSA is using to look in on peoples computer history, or cops stopping you for looking a certain way.

Oh no, better take them to court for pulling you over and wasting 5 minutes of your time to do a stop check.
