buy the rockers from cross canada, weld em in and get Sonny Forsythe (in Keith's Quonset on the correction line/costco connector) to toss a coat of paint on it, will look ok at 20km/h or 20 ft.

I got a used fender and spray bombed it, sanded the whole truck and painted it white again, looks pretty good, took care of most of the rust besides that one rocker. also found out the reason why the one fender rotted out was it had no mud flap and the tires just flung the salt right between the door and the cab. other side has a mud flap and it's mint
