Well good news, Canada Post, without their knowledge, mistakenly delivered the passport application to the correct location in Quebec. The passport office has recieved the package and should have the passports completed by March 22.

Passports were completed March 20th, and as of today are both in our hands. Just over a month turn around time. Whoever fixed the passport office needs to run for Trudeau's job, at least they can get stuff done. Huge improvement in wait times from a year ago.
