My best advice, is just walk the strip, and check out as many Hotel's that you can. Each have a different theme.
Pirate show - in front of Treasure Island. Must be seen at night
Fountians - Belagio...from Ocean's 11. another must.
Upside down shooter's from a midget - O'Shey's
Flamingo Girls - Flamigo
Best priced 21 tables, and themes, and morning smorg - Imperial place
And so on, and so on.....
Just enjoy, and try to take in as much as possible. i try to go twice a year. Love that place for 4 day's.

We would collect as many cards as we could and then every time the street dudes would try to hand them to you we would do the same thing back to them with our cards we collected. Should see some of the funny looks you get.

HAHAHA that's a great spot to eat as long as you can roll with the punches. Really good food as well. I also recommend Bills Lounge just up from the flamingo for awesome live music. Where are you staying? If you into hunting or fishing, take half a day and go to the Bass pro shop.

For sure! We were there a few times and did see a couple of tables that did not stay very long at all!!

I was there in March. Took in Jersey Boys. Great show. Try to take in at least one show. Like alot of people are saying... Check out as many of the casinos on the strip. Next trip go off of the strip to see the rest of the city.

Steve, you hafto see Carrot Top at the luxor..that will be a good couple hours...buy a ticket on the strip at the discount booths......tell me what day you are going and where are you staying...Jack and i might shoot down if you are there...
Carrot Top is a must see!! I didn't really care to see him but we went and what a funny show!! I did a sunset heli tour to the Grand Canyon a couple of weeks ago and that is incredible. The buffet at the Wynn is also a must!! It is the only buffet I will do in Vegas now. Beers are cheep at the stores along the strip. You can walk everywhere drinking beer. Totally awesome!!! Have Fun!

Went 4 times had a great time every time it seems the slots are getting tighter did good on the tables last time we took the 4 hr limo ride of the strip went to 4 or 5 different places medevil fight at the excaliber was good (have to book early) just to walk though ceacers palace is cool than there is the dam tour and helicopter tour

We are flying out of edmonton today at 5pm and coming home on monday landing at midnight, then the nice drive back to the mac to get to work on monday.

He's what we did, get your players card from your hotel. Buy things on it, gamble on it, charge everything you do to your players card. I think it works at other hotels to (not sure). When you check out your hotel will know how much you spent and discount you for your time you will also get free promo's sent to you for the next time. A buddy got free tickets to Nascar this year.

I know he's gone, but this is a good post for anyone heading to Vegas.
Chinese food at PF Chans in the Har Rock. Cheap for Vegas and you get lots to eat. Busy place.
If you want to drin for cheap stay out of the BIG fancy hotels on the new strip.
Cheapest drinks.....let me see if I remember this correctly....Wild Bills? They have a 99 cent margarita bar in the back. If you tip well (easy to do at 99 cents a drink) you get extra tequila. $20 bucks can get you feeling reaaaaaal good. Makes it easy for the cheapskate your travelling with to buy a round.
