The Conservatives carbon tax will not be worse than the Liberals, the Liberals current carbon tax is $40/tonne and will rise to $170/tonne in 2030. The Conservatives will re-start the carbon tax at $20/tonne and cap it at a maximum of $50/tonne, where that money is saved in account for the taxpayers to use on "green" or energy efficient upgrades, this would apply to things like bicycles or upgrading a residential furnace.

O'Toole is also in favor of building the Northern Gateway pipeline, he won't touch Energy East though, and anyone that has a slight grasp on the Quebec/Canada relationship understands why.

I personally don’t think it’s trash. Just because I post stuff doesn’t mean I’m proud of it. It means I see information to share and it’s up to others to decide what value it is to them.

Some of you are completely bent out of shape because people aren’t on the “strategic” vote Trudeau out band wagon. Besides, just telling me and others on here it is trash without providing verification to it being wrong is not how you prove your point. You can type all the words you want in defence of O’Toole but you can’t show examples of him recently being a exemplary stoic figure of conservatism.

Seems as though in the last little bit, us PPC supporters calling out Red Erin for being spineless has become increasingly more true. Bernier has been saying the exact same thing even when he was working under Harper.
