This is literally our version of a 2016 Trump run for president.

View attachment 241586

Literally the same. Except that Trump had supporters, an established party behind him, money to run a campaign, and the ability to win an election. I mean besides those things they are exactly the same.

The PPC is a joke, I'd be surprised if Maxime even wins his seat. You want to know why the media vilifies the PPC? Because even an absent minded journalist can realize they have zero chance, quite frankly the Green party has more credibility and notariety.

My question is what are you going to say when they lose miserably again? You posted all this garbage last time before the 2019 election, Maxime didn't win his seat then either, and you just snuck off into obscurity after the election.

PPC can say whatever they want it's meaningless, they don't have a hope in hell of getting any meaningful amount of seats, it's a waste of their time to even draw up their plans. If you don't vote PC you might as well vote Liberal. The dumba$$ is already off to a great start to showing how dumb he is, and there is actually a decent chance he is going to lose, and this PPC chit is just helping him.

The PPC will be lucky to get a seat, let alone have any say in parliamentary debate.
Some need to look at the actual candidates the PPC really have, there are a lot of empty PPC seats in critical areas, especially in the west.
I think I read somewhere that the PPC have lost 11 candidates since the last election, and the 2019 election was a flop for the PPC. Important info that will not show up in a meme. Don’t believe me look for yourself, it on the PPC website.
For all the guys that would never buy a sled from BRP because they are French now look for salvation from a French politician. How amusing. :ROFLMAO:

I've never said that, I do struggle that Mad Max is from the Qc. Then the wise ones such as yourself state he won't win his own seat. I find that interesting :)

None the less your worn out arguments for the PC's might be good for you & justification. I'm done going down the same old road & the new if can't beat them join them mentality.

I do hope a serious shake up is going to happen, as previously pointed a majority in any party is bad news.

This should be good news, a PPC candidate is now identified in my riding.....I don't have to vote Green :geek:

Well he never won his seat last time and failed miserably. Maybe he can wrangle up thousands of more votes to get closer this time? Nice to see you are dumping the Greens. Says alot about how committed you are to flushing the Turd.

Derek Sloan says he will move west to run in the Banff/Airdrie riding this election. PPC candidate is pizzed saying he has no business leaving his province. Now there will be the incumbant Conservative who won 71% of the vote in 2019 and 2 other right wing candidates. Excellent strategy!

Remember when I mentioned the smear campaign the CPC ran against Bernier? A large amount of that was spent in his riding.... For the exact reason you feel compelled to use that as an argument against the PPC.

Not sure why the hate towards the PPC is so strong around here other then fear of more Trudeau... Understandable! But fear is not how you get your freedom back.

One of my reasons for supporting Mad Max is that his home province does "not" like him, I'm not very found of his home province....so he has to be good :) Saying that, times were very different when he lost, his home base might not think he is so bad now........& maybe he was right.

So, if his home base has changed their mind set, potentially there is a leader to bridge the East vs West problems. There is no fake conservatism with his platform, unlike your PC party of choice that will dress up how ever you want to see them.

My position is any vote for the three main stream parities is voting for the same end result. Just a slower ending with the PC's, that is a wasted vote. Another argument form team PC that is worn out & broken.

Myself I'm a deep rooted conservative, I don't fold, dress up & pretend otherwise.

Level up.

Level up. If you go into the Stanley Cup against Tampa Bay and you use the same strategy that has lost you the game every time then you need to change your strategy. The strategy is to win the cup at whatever means possible. If that means pretending to be Liberal lite for 5 weeks to get some votes that’s what you do. Campaign promises are a joke at best. Level up and get the Turd out. Then we can get our goggles on and spray some champagne in the streets.

Read this morning Rob Ford is mandating all Ontario conservative MPs get vaccinated. Is he trying to implode his party just before the election?

Well I am smart enough to figure out that a guy that isn't polling and a guy polling 2% aren't my salvation? I'm shocked you haven't figured that out? You seem to be like minded on political topics with me? Today we find out if Bernier will be allowed to participate in the debates. Sloan will not be. Thats confidence inspiring for the right isn't it?

A guy moving down from Ontario to Alberta during a campaign ain’t gonna represent me… I live in the riding Sloan is trying for, it’s a joke how many conservatives are trying we are now at 4: PC, PPC, Maverick, Independent Sloan. PC won by a landslide here last election so the election split vote shouldn’t lose it to the Liberals. 55k PC, 8k liberals, 8k NDP, 3k Green, 3k PPC.

You guys gotta see the big picture here, there was a lot of ridings very close PC/Liberal out East in 2019, sole goal of PC is to convert those ones to PC. Yes it will pizz off some Albertans that will vote for one of the other hard core conservatives and to PC’s perspectives it worth the sacrifice. It’s a new strategy as it’s clear 2019’s strategy couldn’t get it done.

Some are looking at the big picture, and the numbers.

Don’t forget Thats what people thought when the vote was split and the NDP got in Alberta too.
The seats were no where close to what was needed for a PC win last election. PPC lost their seat o a conservative, so that was good.

If the PC’s loose a seat to the PPC and that seat prevents a conservative government win, I guess the PPC supporters can just vote for liberals or not at all.

PC are trailing in the polls by 1.5% behind the Liberals. The PPC only has 2% of support compared to the 33/34% of the PC/liberals.
The conservatives could be leading the polls because of the PPC. I guess some people in the west want a COVID passport and the liberals to be in power again.

Didn't know the Maverick Party was running there too. Good info. So now 4 guys want to get that seat. 1 Conservative and 3 other guys that have a better idea but can't agree on that idea. 4 guys that want to lead the right. One polling 34%, 1 polling 2% and 2 polling zippo. Yeah thats a strategy I can get behind. Sour grapes and nothing else IMO.
