That I could see happening. but how do they know if your highmarking? theres been lots of avi's take people out that are just sitting at the bottom of a mountain. It would be impossible to regulate.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think either the SRD or the RCMP had a whole bunch to do with looking for Bin Laden...On the other hand, I'd think the US army airforce could probably keep up to you on your sled with their gear. How the hell does a bearded terrorist run barefoot through caves with a fighter jet and bombs? That'd be quite a load. Backpack or just a duffel bag?

just trying to have some fun with this unrealistic proposal ,its about a group of polititians with power trying to catch their prey and sometimes it doesn't go according to plan .yeh maybe the jets and bombs were a bit much lol.

I think this whole thread got started because some guy interviewed on TV said they should make it illegal, not because anyone in government said they were going to.
