The seat I bought the sled too match lol, got a brand new stock seat I would trade for the linQ gas can. Everybody I talk too says go with the linQ system so I guess red it is.

mountain addiction makes some sweet set ups ive never had the linq system but the mountain addiction set up is pretty slick

If the steering post is still way back, instead of coming up thru the goggle warmer hole, it still sucks to get up over the front end. Also unless they have upgraded the handlebar to anything decent, be it a taper or crossbar style, they are frail garbage.

With that said, they make good power and look good with good shocks. Just the rider position irked me. I doo believe it could be modified to work good, but it sucks you have to doo that to something you've already shelled out the dough for. I'll be on a Doo for a while I think. My $0.02 for what its worth...

Cheers :doolaide:

I have rode Ron's sled several times on our last two trips, and I will likely ride it again this trip too compare the two for sure. And yes I wanted a T3 after the first time I rode one however spending 16000 on a sled would not only make me a dootard,it would make me a retard...........personal opinion only. I have my doubts Ron will go anywhere I can't follow, and I'm running a 10000 cheaper sled lol!

Installed LinQ storage bag, measured the brackets using Ron's gas can so when my can gets here it can go where the bag is now and install the other two brackets for the bag when I get em this afternoon! Looks good, think I made the right choice

I love my Xp , she's been an awesome sled. A couple must DOO's.
- post forward and straight post from C3
- air frames
-upgrade the bars to 1 1/8 bar of some type.
- if still original reeds at 2200 Kms replace them. Either stock replacement or aftermarket
- other than that she's been gas and go!
