Hate to burst anyone's bubble here, especially you Trish, but in over 20 years of being involved in land use negotiations the number one complaint has always been noise. It even comes up before the dreaded Caribou issue.

Wow I can't believe how many people have an issue with a sled can! I get it that a loud can in the wrong hands can cause an issue! But I am thinking MOMMA is not that person. I am betting she won't be out ripping down a back alley at midnight any time.

I can tell you the GGB on a Pro is just as loud at WOT as my Bikeman can on my cat, but I think its a great sounding can, great price and great build quality. My can is loud and if anyone has a problem with it they can come tell me in person.......Im not overly personable so be prepared to get told to F*ck off, its not illegal and in certain situations loud is good, as previously said sometimes it helps find people in your group easier

I probably should clarify. I've had several cans over the years. NPP, MBRP, HPS cans I never found them obnoxious. I have rode with people who I would consider had an obnoxious exhaust system.
My husband for one, had a side dump M8 Turbo.. that thing hurt your ears when he opened it up. I have also heard a few skinz cans that were piercing to the ears. I like a nice sounding can...
I LOVE the weight savings, dig the sound... clearly this is about ME not you...... hehehe I'm silly that way....

consider for a second.... someone doesn't buy a can for the "sound".... I see so many posts: What is the loudest can?... truly makes my skin crawl.

Now although I am a keener sled girl... I have to admit... I don't have the strength that my husband or sled bros do. I climb stuff, and sometimes, even though in my dreams with my cape I topped out of that climb, in real life I didn't quite have the skill to make it through.. which leaves me dug in almost straight up and down vertical. Now it is safer if I get myself out of my own jam. 1 on the hill, no one climb above me to prevent the trigger of an avy. I can get myself out. I dig, create a plateau, pull my sled around... then I go to start my sled. such a scenario I've been in before.... pulling against gravity when my sled is facing downhill, I will admit, yes it is tougher for me. Call me a girl or whatever, but I opt for e start. I know this adds weight to my sled. I choose to offset that weight with a can. turn of the key I'm on my way. I truly feel I ride better with my e start.
It comes down to my can. My replacement exhaust offsets the humungous suitcase that was my stock can.

Several cans out there have many claims. I wanted consistency. An exhaust that I could shed weight but remain consistent power without compensation. I wanted an aftermarket exhaust that was consistent and shed weight.... which is why I chose GGB. the sound... I feel is inconsequential ... many cans will be louder than stock. It is consistency I wanted, along with the weight shed.... GGB.

I want to make sure everyone knows, that we have a can for everyone. We have a Mountain can and a Trail can. And no, the Trail is not made for just Trail riders. I'm getting more and more people buying the Trail can. Our Mountain can is still our #1 selling can we make, but the Trail can is gaining fans as well.

Mountain Series Exhaust
AGGRESSIVE SOUND when you’re on the throttle and is best suited for use in unpopulated areas. Its straight through design and small physical size sheds huge weight.

Trail Series Exhaust
The “DEEP” exhaust note is sure to turn heads and in most application meet SAEJ2567 stationary sound test of 88dBA 4 meters away. Designed for riders wanting to enhance the sound of their machine but do not want the aggressive sound of a straight through can.

Both mufflers shed huge weight and are
designed to run with sleds stock fuel and clutch setting.

Or Mountain Cans will weight 4-5 LBS
Or Trail Cans will weight 6-7 LBS

Momma has videos of each model, that will let you see and hear the difference from Stock, Trail and Mountain. We used these in the Toronto Show, and everyone liked that we took the time to do this. If anyone else would need help, please email me and I would be happy to share them with you on my Dropbox as well.

Thanks,
Rob
