Just sounds like you ride full on all the time…could have something to do with your issues. Not saying you can't ride well...

Fair enough howevere I beat the ****e out of my 2010 m8 and m1000 before without issues

Is there any other way to ride?? Lol.

Right - a guy has to have his fun but hitting tabletops all the time on a Summit..and doing 60 miles an hour down whooped out trails etc…probably have more problems than the average guy. Really doesn't excuse the issues with multiple trips to the dealer for the same problem though.

Sounds ****ty. Not sure what causes the bog or leak but if they are well documented problems like you say then your dealer should be well aware of them. I would suggest sitting down with the service manager and demanding satisfaction. They sound like easy enough problems to fix but if your dealer refuses to fix them for you tell them you're done with ski doo and move on.

Geez I thought I had got the only lemon coolant leak has been an issue with every doo sled i owned not just the xm they use **** clamps soon as its cold they leak until it warms up put on regular gear clamps. Rode my xm just over 1500km's top gear bolt head sheared off took out chaincase. Fought with doo as it was still under warranty. Finally after a month of fighting they finally warrantied it. Picked it and found the back shock had lost its charged while at dealer ended up having to buy a shock as they wouldn't cover it under warranty. At christmas had both injectors fail. Got it fixed and sold it as I figured I got another lemon from doo my 09 Xp had a heavy appetite for motors. Had decided when I had to fight with doo over the chaincase they were not going to get another dime from me on a new sled and ended up by a new Pro.

after 10 years og bliss on various cats i bought a 2013 xm 154 last january initially it was awesome put about 1200km on it last winter with no issues last year. this year nothing but grief if its cold out it leaks coolant, if conditions are good it bogs because of a weak exhauest temp sensor three sets of handle bar warmers later theyre both burnt out and today i snapped the handle bars in waste deep pow now stuff happens but every issue i have i send in under waranty and get the sled back and nothings fixed tightened clamp still leake coolant when cold, changed sensor still bogs same code, change grip heaters last a couple ride like wtf really never had these issues with cat the xm is fun to ride but overall its a pos never snapped bars before in my life and i rode mx for years

Another 09 Doo that liked motors? LOL my buddies got one sitting in his yard right now, motor #2 toast and not even 3200 kms on the sled! :D Hell, even most Polaris's can go longer than that.

I think everyone on here has rode a sled since they were knee high.. And I here you on the not having any issues till after 3000kms so do you think a Cat or Pro are trouble free up to 3000kms? Or cause you bought the first year of an XM that had some minor issues that they are not fixed in years 14' and 15'? I also had a 13' XM and realize you may have a couple of hiccups buying the first year, which you also realized when buying it.

I think Yamaha is the sled for you as they are by far the most reliable sled out there but why are they not the most popular sled out there? Weird hey? Too expensive maybe lol.

As stated before I expect issues ima realist however when the dealer makes you wait a week and says your machine is good to go then ****s the bed again and again then what???

You guys need to take better care of your toys. Lmao

Was it an SP? Those bars are junk and never should have left the factory like that. If it's an x I don't know what to tell you those bars are solid

i think its a product issue not a dealer issue they dont seem to have a fix design flaw im thinking

Not sure what design flaw you're talking about. Tons of other people have etecs with more miles and haven't had the big issue you claim so if it was the design then everyone else should be suffering also. The drive shafts on the '08 XP's and '13 RMK's were design flaws. The motor on the early ptek's was a design flaw. Your sled sounds like an unlucky lemon that your ****ty dealer won't support you on.
