getting grips over warmers

so I picked up x riser and bars for my 06 rev. the new grips barley slide over the bars let alone the corks and warmers. do you just use a heat gun to get the grips on? if so do you have to be careful not to heat the elements up to much during install with the heat gun while heating the grip near them?

Air compressor and a blow gun through hole in the end of grip. It'll inflate enough to slide over while blowing air through the end.

also can add a some of your wifes hairspray while pushing on with the air nozzle.

This......and tape over the ends of your bars....makes it way easier..

Little squirt of spray paint inside the grip helps it slide on then acts as an adhesive once grips are in works great!!
