I agree revelstoke could use more of a lot of things.
Check out makenzie village though.
Might be some thing up there coming up, (in a year or 2)that you would like. It's in the building phase now.

I have no personal involvement, but I have friends with contracts on work there. It's a big project for revelstoke. But construction in revelstoke moves really slow though.
Nobody comes there to work haha

We call them the toy boxes, they are right behind Brothers pub. I know a couple of people who have them and like the set up. There were a few of these available for purchase awhile back, not sure if they were foreclosure or what but they were around 225k

Revelstoke is so anti-development it's crazy. The city is still pushing for single family development when they desperately need medium density multi-family development. The engineering dept is a nightmare to work with.
Mackenzie Village is a modular build supplied by Northern Trailer, take a close look before tossing down your cash imo.

Honestly if I could find a decent heated shop in Revelstoke I'd buy that and throw an RV it.
Revelstoke has become a really sad place for the local, the housing market is sky high and most of the young people there will never be able to afford their own house.
I really don't get why they are so anti development.
Its turning into Banff. Try to build in Banff.
I've seen how they are building it. Same as the new Ramada. All modular
