Gauging interest in Sicamous townhouse to rent out next winter to sledders

Hey all just throwing a feeler out there. My family owns a townhouse in downtown Sicamous sleeps 4 and can house a 28ft enclosed trailer in the garage underneath the living area. We are throwing around the idea of renting it out starting this summer. If anyone would be interested let me know and I'll get pictures up as soon as I can.

Not 100% sure on rent pricing but we wanna make it fair so kinda just seeing if there is interest now and then I'm gonna get a solid price I place here in the next month.

If the snow was guaranteed to be better it would be easier to get guys to commit but Sicamous has been hit and miss the last few winters. This winter has been good but other places have been that much better!

If you can get someone to commit to the entire winter with a lease do it. Otherwise you may have to settle for 3-4 week intervals.

Hey all sorry for the late reply to everyone been pretty busy as of late. We are gonna be listing the property on Vacation Rentals, Homes, Experiences & Places - Airbnb and see how things go from there. We wanna stay away from year leases as we still wanna be able to enjoy it as well when we are able too.

Once things are setup with airbnb I'll post the link for everyone.

Yup I run a sled deck on my truck 6" lift 35s and 2 sleds on the back had tons of room. First trip out when we bought the place we backed in a 28 ft enclosed sled trailer into the garage.
