Gas rack for 2010 M8

I was wondering if anyone has installed a XP Gas can kit on a 2010 M8? i was looking at the mounting the small black brackets from the kit and it looks like ill be drilling the holes for the rivets right over the cooling lines going to the main cooler on the back of the machine. I dont really want to risk damaging the lines. Any tips on what to do? I found the BRP gas set up looks the best if your wondering why im going with bombardier products

yeah i have one installed on my 09 M8...For the black brackets i just drilled the holes to the inside of the cooling lines...works out pretty good

Ok, i wasn't sure if i had enough room to drill to the inside of the lines. So then your brackets must be right on the edge of the tunnel?

not right on the edge but close..there about an inch or so from the edge...if you keep searching through this section u will see another thread on gas racks, with pics of the doo setup on the M's
