This is the problem. There are people in this world stupid enough to believe that this government is going to charge you a tax, then...........give you back more money than they took. What kind of stupid do you have to be to believe something like that?

How do you think country's end up socialist and communist? They tax you until they have all your money, then have full control of you and only give you back what they feel you need. This is what Saddam trudeau is working towards, just slow enough that libs like fred don't see it, and there's too many of those, sadly! Saddam is a dictator right now and needs covid to keep going so he can remain that way. If covid starts to disappear,(like in the states) he will have to reconvene parliament and have to answer to someone! We are in huge trouble in Canada, and it will be too late before the masses realize it.

Carbon Tax = Wealth redistribution tax (in disguise). Alberta will need to re-institute their own carbon tax (as per the SCC's carbon tax judgment) to ensure the provincial government receives the revenues that can be reinvested into actually lowering carbon emission through investment and R&D. The redistribution that the federal Liberal's are doing is a total sham. If the provincial or federal governments really wants to lower carbon emission, it should be through legislative governance and collaboration with industry, not taxing the sh!t out of individuals or small businesses. Large carbon emitters have already been trying to lower their carbon footprint. As the carbon tax increases, the investment into Canadian industry decreases. Disclaimer: I do not in any way support a carbon tax in any way.

Gas is up at the pumps.
Reg is 119.5
Diesel 120.7

Just great for all the people that live on acreages or farms that drive a lot. Guess that’s our choice and We should all move in to the city and live in apartments and take the buss. That’s his plan.
More tax. How do small business keep running. Why would anyone raise tax in the current state of the economy that is a total moron move
