From an electrical supply shop in Salmon Arm, BCWhere did you get these Satco lights?
I just went through this scenario. The pictures are of a cool setup. Pricey but they work! Only 30W but 3,900 lumens. I have two of these Satco lights. I also have added 2 LED strip lights to hang above the garage doors that plug into the outlet for the garage door openers. Yes, when the doors are up they are not required but I don't do a lot of things in my garage with the doors up. I need light when they are down.

Which one do you like better??? The screw in ones or the light strip???
The screw in ones by far. The light strips in my garage have to sit above the chain mechanism for the doors resulting in them being about 1-2' too high.
In a roughly 24' x 24' garage I run 6 x 48" lights at two bulbs a piece. I run the Phillips T8 Daylight 32 W bulbs and I do not seem to have a problem. With any overhead lights the only issue that annoys me is the shadowing. But, not sure what you do about that.
I run 8, 2x48" t-8 in a 22'x22' lolThat must be like the sun! My garage is 43x28 with only 6 old bulbs and it's bright enough.
