Looks great! I’m pondering this as the crap they spray on the streets is eating my concrete badly. I spent a small fortune on colouring and polishing the floor when I built the garage.
Did you use the Costco rustoleum epoxy ?

yup, rustoleum professional. and then purchased the clearcoat from rustoleoum seperate and added the traction additive.

Our company (my employer) is a dealer for their products. It's not cheap but very durable. Surecrete CS250LV is what we use to seal garage floors. It's a semigloss clear coat.

I’d put down a color if I was going to do it
My concern with any of it is I weld periodically in my garage,How does it hold up to sparks etc?
And what does it cost to cover 1400sq ft

That looks like the same solvent based rustoleum epoxy I put in my shop 9 years ago. Did 2 layers mixed with silica and then 2 layers of clearcoat. It's held up really well. It won't hold up to carbides, it'll scratch it up..need wheels. So easy to clean oil and grease off of. I hobby weld on mine regularily without issue or burn marks. Very happy with how it's held up and would do ot again.

Is this the Rocksolid version you used? I searched Costco.ca but they don’t show it anymore.

It’s hard to find anyone in a store that has any info, I’ve been trying to find a price on the Rocksolid Metallic as it’s says 20x stronger than epoxy???

Spoke with the general manager today. The guy responsible for sales and on-site application bailed for the island. We are getting out of surecrete sales.
You can contact Hard Rock Developments in Calgary regarding surecrete products.

Ya.... I called them today!
$13500.00 for metallic product only, I still would have to buy cleaner/etching and applicator supplys.

Premier Garage was here today... $11000.00 all in and he did the foundation walls too.

How much a square foot is that
I got mine done in the spring for $5.00 a sqft for garage kings with a 21 year warranty.
This was the home show special. A few guys there were at that price.
If you do it yourself it's better to grind it than use the acid.
A friend did his a few years back with the costco stuff and had some peel.
He said if he did it again he would grind it.
Garage king ground mine and ever one that quoted me said that they would grind the old concrete.
Just my 2 cents
