Wife and I are looking to get a 26x30 garage built this spring. If any of our S&M friends, know of credible builders. It would be greatly appreciated :)

We are also considering sub'ing it out ourselves,, though my company.

Then we would need specific trades like concrete, framers, roofers, electrical and gas fitting.

Thanks in advance

Something similar to this, with 10' walls and a 8' door

City of Calgary, only allows 807 sq ft for a detached garage. Without specialty permits, so we could go 31x26 at 806 sq ft.
our lot is 18,750 sq ft

I'm not sure if you can go a little higher on inside dims, but its nice with a car lift. You can stack 3-4 sleds on it in the summer, or quads/cars/boat in the winter. They are handy with the wheel set, as you can move the lift when is loaded, and tuck things away in the corner.

Maxed out , I went the same route - allowed 864 and finished up with 863.1 for a carport and garage . Still not big enough but they never are as we all just drag more crap home.
