3:02 am I heard a noise. Got out of bed to look out and they were already inside my detached garage so neither me or my dog seen them.
Dog was restless so I took another look and there was 2 guys with arms full of my stuff running across my yard.
Dog ran out and I yeld at them. When they jumped the fence they dropped the bag of tools and my cooler full of rum/beer.

All they got was my ipod.
The police showed up with a dog and tracked them to other people's cars and shops. But didn't find them...

You can buy a motion detector alarm for about 35 bucks that will do a pretty good job of getting rid of unwanted visitors quickly before they have a chance to get away with your goods. Money well spent but kind of a pain to have to use it every time you enter or exit the building.
