will kindda run on full chock

Can't remember what the light means so can't help there. Make sure your tether contacts are super clean, it will do exactly as you describe if the contacts aren't clean.

I cut and dead ended the run of wiring that goes to the tail light. !!!!

yes. This is the second set of carbs I have tried. Thought it was just a messed up deck but it wasn't.

Fuel pump?. Put a few ounces in the tank ( even just as much as you can blow) with the back lifted and see if is revs up.

Still the same. Tried everything and nothing seams to change the way it runs?!? Could it be the way the carbs are set up? It will run a but better with full choke

I gotter boys. Holy f dose she run nice. -32 right now. Little cold to get into it but runs good. little bit of play on the carbs still will sometimes bog down if you punch it in the deep snow.
