From what I saw on one of the insta posts; the sleeve in the lid is electrically heated.

Warm air from the engine bay will also get up there better than the plastic box. My big screen 24 came with a heated bag. Works fine for the phone. I liked the frunk on my 22 Turbo tho. Would warm up a set of gloves pretty decently.
