Early season work has been done, wood shed is full thanks to M+H logging for supply and Nathan for the labor
New bridge has been built across the creek at the wood shed.
Groomer maintenance done and its ready to roll.
As of last week there was a good 12" at the cabin.
Opening day is Dec 1.

Only rode out there once. Where can one find a map for closed areas and approved riding places? Would like to venture that way for a day trip mid to late December just to poke around and check the area out.
Thanks!

Awesome thanks!! I’m normally a fernie day trip rider but might give Radium area a go a couple times this season if I can.
I’ve rode radium. I can’t remember the name of the area but it was west of town. Some glacier that was newly open to snowmobiles. We got up to 10,400 feet.

First day up today, hopefully this storm brings in a big dump. Still really thin, 75 ish CMS into he Meadow. There's enough snow on the road to ride from 19km parking lot, we parked at the 21 km bridge since there was a truck and trailer stuck on the 24 km hill.

It’s terrible snow to ride in but great for making a solid base. However everything above that base can slide unfortunately

This is different snow than we are used to here, it's like west coast snow. It dumped another 20+CMS last night at the resort and in town temps dropped to -6.

Can you still buy a season trail pass at Radium Visitors centre? Any other locations? Will be keeping sled in pano all winter and looking to get out more.

Anyone make it the meadow the past week? I want to bring the kids to play in the meadow but no snow reports or pics lately.
I haven't been up, busy with holiday stuff.
I know a couple club directors are going up today.
