won't be for long, heard today the groomer was trailed out today for major repairs:(
hopefully not to major but in the short term that means it'll be rough going til she's back.

Forestor could use more snow. Like mentioned back end was cloudy and windy. Lots of wind blown areas up here and not a lot of new snow fall. But still found fresh and good time.

Just wanna say thanks again to those that helped me out on my "oooppps" on the trail. Hopefully no one posts the pic lol :)

Rode Forster today, made our way up top before anyone else and had about 2-4ft of fresh all over except on the lakes. Awesome riding all day. Down low is pounded and needs snow for sure. Forgot to mention, the trail was not in good condition. The first 10k is alright and only bumpy in the corners, the rest reminds me of riding back when groomed trails did not exist. Paid our trail fee but wasn't too happy about it after pounding down the trail, worth it to help with cabin costs and such I suppose.

rode forester yesterday as well. Pounded bad down low. Made it up the waterfall into the back and had great snow for the afternoon. didn't find the trail to bad. I imagine it is pretty beat up now.

rode brewer today. Was untracked for the most part. about a foot of fresh snow. Levels way down though. trail in was like a highway.

Any idea when the groomer will be back up and running? I can't imagine the trail is very nice right now. Any new snow?

rode today, trail was groomed with a small sled sized drag(heard it was done by toby creek adventures). trail in was great, single wide and smooth right to 36km. after that it was ugly. conditions were deeeep, new snow varied from 20cm at the cabin to 100cms in the meadow below the headwall. still windy and puking when we left at 4.

Was up there on the 12th. Groomed the night before and first guys in on Saturday so fast, smooth ride in. Lots of new snow but pretty tracked up time we left Sat pm. A few sleds went up and over to Thunderwater. Most folks were playing in the meadows. Creek open in places and not covered up well in others, so your buddies will most likley find the bad spots!

Still wind blown and pounded in forester? Thinking of heading there this weekend and hoping for half decent conditions to play in

It was poop on Sunday. You'd really have to search to find anything at Forester. I really doubt there is any worth while snow there unless it snowed.

Forester was a blast yesterday. Foot of fresh in most places. Plenty of untouched snow in main valley. Climb higher than everyone else in the chutes and you will find snow that hasn't been touched since the snow started falling. There were highways up to the glacier and thunderwater. Visibility was poor so the entire day was spent in the main valley, suspect most of that has been pounded out though

Funny how there's always snow in the avy chutes that haven't let go yet... and snow that hasn't been touched since the snow started falling....:ignore: no comment.
