Looking at doing a house addition. What is the normal cost sq/ft? Is it based on square foot per floor? For example if I build a 500 square foot addition that's two stories, is it priced at 1000 square feet?

Any good construction guys RD south?

before any body will tell you price per sq foot need to know

Is there plumbing
is there a basement wood or concrete
Is there separate heating from the main house
You get the idea.
Open space is a lot different from a fully finished living space,Hope that helps.

Remember to get all the proper permits etc.

Leduc area contractors are high. 200 plus per square foot. If you can find one.
