What does that have to do with anything? Sent from a iPhone
The fact that you've been driving for like a month and don't know anything? Wait until your atleast driving for a couple years to comment on fog lights......I bet you'll turn them off then.

I really dont see the big deal with driving lights being on...Maybe alot of people have very sensitive eyes and I'm missing something but I'm on the highway almost everynight and I really don't see how these lights are bothering anyone...High beams on the other hand are tough on the eyes and make it hard to focus on the road when some idiot refuses to dim them but I really don't see how factory driving lights bother so many people. Just sayin.......

Regardless you don't have the experience of someone who has 30+ years driving experience.

I've learned when people get into their vehicles their brains are left at the doorstep, drive with them or don't and most days I don't care, catch me on a bad day with your off road lights on and give me lip on the radio about it and you'll have more than you bargained for everytime, twice this year I have turned around to follow a log hauler and a tank mover to the wrapper step to have "words", maybe consider this when you are being a douchebag driving down the highway, not everyone you pass is level headed or in such a panic that they won't take time outta their day/night to straighten someone out;) another common mistake is thinking the guy in a lifted truck is a little man syndrome suffering midget, like it or not I don't care what your opinion is on me or my road rage, just reminding people some of us are openly over aggressive and your being inconsiderate may get you more than you expect

Completely depends on the vehicle, I normally don't have many issues. But about a week ago I was on a narrow 2 lane road, and for about 10 seconds when the vehicle was oncoming I couldn't see a dahm THING in front of me, the only idea I had to stay on the road was in my mirrors and the fact I knew the road a bit, but I still had no idea if I was about to hit the ditch or if the oncoming vehicle was going to hit me, all I seen was lights......NOTHING else. Never ever had lights that bad. The fact that the speed limit was only 60 made it so much worse as it's a lot longer time frame where you can't see. I was not happy, they had fog lights on and pretty sure high beams on a stupid SUV. If I remembered enough about that vehicle and I seen it again I would follow them, and make sure it was the last time they had fog lights on on a 2 lane road like that when meeting another vehicle. I use my fogs quite a bit, but I treat them like high beams, off when any oncoming vehicle or anyone is passing me. If you use your fogs all the time don't complain about people who don't turn off their high beams, your just as bad.

Drive with your fog lights if you wish and don't turn them off, but don't go crying if someone with road rage follows you and smashes them out. Not saying I would, but there's people that would and can't say I blame them. I was DAHM close to turning around and following them and giving them a nice chat about what their dumbass just did.

Fair warning though, if i'm driving truck and oncoming lights of a suv or pickup or any small vehicle blind me and I can't see my lane, i'm going into the oncoming lane before the shoulder. Just think about that before you don't turn off your fogs......I like my chances of a oncoming vehicle that's a lot smaller over a ditch. And yes, even THAT high up, some cars lights have still been blinding.

Obviously not, but my foglights do a excellent job lighting up the ditch which is critical when you see that deer or moose running out of the bushes.

That's great. Don't go crying if someone goes into your lane because they are blinded by your lights though. Turn off the fawking things for the 5-10 seconds if takes to meet another vehicle. Or are you to dahm lazy?

You'll eventually learn.......I must of been wrong, you have 3 months of driving experience maybe 4 tops? I mean, 4 months, wow you must be an awesome driver! ch!t I bet most of us in this thread have logged more miles in DAY then you EVER have behind the wheel......

Your statement comes across that there is still some left, which I find hard to believe.

To many peoples attitude is I don't care if anyone else can see, as long as I can! I guess it's good to see the vehicle that plows into you at 100km.....And then they'll complain about how they are such a terrible driver and couldn't stay in their own lane.......IF they are around to.

The only reason I don't turn on my fogs or high beams when a idiot oncoming has them on is I am worried they will be blinded and come into my lane or else i'd give them a taste of their own medicine.

I am with you on that. And it is hard to believe but there are still some out there there just hard to see after being blinded by the light!!

if my crew were on this forum you guys could have a 26 page thread on(" s!@t Tyler has done driving to and from work") thread, there have been many different and entertaining ones, this thread made me laugh a bit because an axe was thrown at a set of off road lights a few weeks back and ended up in a kenworth grille and rad and I never did get it back, sometimes the guy with the lights on grabs a snipe because the guy he assumed was a midget is also 6'2" and addicted to the gym, and said gym addict realizes he needs a toy to level the playing field, axe in the box....seemed like the right thing to do at the time, pretty large over reaction to off road lights I know, but sometimes a guy has had his fill and I bet the retard never leaves his lights on or tells someone to f!@k themselves on the radio for asking them to be turned off three days in a row, just a good warning to the guys who think only they matter on the road;)
