So the fixed half sheave is not really fixed it slides (floats) on the shaft?

Doo Doctor makes one as well. One of best mods on a doo you can do imo. I went from blowing belts every 400 Kms to 2 seasons and belt still looks good.

Seems excessive? Must have been set up improper or way out of alignment? That's nuts.

I've had 7 xm,s. 4 belt eaters. One of them would eat a belt in 100km if it was deep. I did a team on my 868 which helped big time. Skidoo left me high and dry with warranty not helping at all. My freeride I left stock and tried everything. Even did a Crank run out. Venting. Nothing worked. I just snow checked a 2016 154. If it eats belts I'm going back to cat. I like my Doo chassis but the belt issues are ridiculous. I ride with a few other doos and they didn't have issues but i may ride different. Donald ducking the throttle all the time can't help. Doo has new clutching coming and that may fix everything for us bad luck owners.

I have a doo doctor yes. Secondary shaft is much stronger then stock as well. I got it from doo Doctor. He's out of the states, so it will be pricey now with the exchange rate the way it is. Look up doo Doctor on google he's got a web site.

Thanks. Was hoping someone in Canada dealt them. Hate waiting on stuff to cross the border.

It took bout week to get here from day I ordered it wasn't to bad I didn't think. I would recommend his secondary rollers too, I tried high torque rollers but they wouldn't last more then a season. I've got two seasons on his rollers and not even a mark on them. You may not need them but I know with these 4 stroke turbos there is a lot of torque for everything to handle.

Might be better to just buy a shaft and team tied clutch ?

Was thinking about it. Had one on my 872, and really liked it. Now I running a T3 with a TSS turbo, clutches are too hot.
