Cooke has great trail maps and its all well signed...you will fugure it out real quick once you head up past the first lake...just gets better the higher you get..
I am from saskatoon as well and go to cooke at least two times a year. There are three main riding areas and they are all connected with groomed trails and well marked so it is easy to get around. I always seem to head out to round lake as it is a bit further back and seems to get less traffic. But it is good riding pretty much everywhere, slightly better behind daisy and lulu pass. Mid February is a great time to go. One other thing the elevation there starts at about 7500' and I have made it almost to 11500' (at least that's what my sled said and it is pretty close to close to our gps)
