Was extremely hot and dry up at North Buck where I was camping/riding for May long.. we were lucky enough to get about 5 mins of steady rain on Sat to cool us down and keep the dust down a bit but that was it.. we obeyed the fire ban although we did have several kerosene torches lit around the lot to keep the godamn skeeters down..

Hot and dry around Moose Lake as well, water holes, rivers and lakes were up from last year this time though.

i was going to try get a fire going in my backyard firepit, but my firewood has floated away in the high rainwater.
