Pop the old one out and take in for a pattern .

Suggest patterning it with plywood or good cardboard in case there is a next time!

I worry that Cervus will be to John Deere Ag what Finning is to Cat. So far no problem but it is worrisome.

I'd agree with this, I know of 5 Jman Ag mechanics that have all left Cervus in the past 6 months, with a few more on the fence that have had enough with the way things are run,the lack of work in the shop and the lack of pay.
