Filming Thunderstruck8 and Sledheads5 in Revy

I was in Revy last weekend May 23,24, I was with Thomas Opre from Tahoe films filming Sledheads5 and Thunderstruck 8. What an awsome weekend. The weather was spectacular, in the 20's. We filmed in the chopper, I was taking the still pics with Thomas's still camera. He was hanging out the chopper on a safety harness filming the riders running up the shutes. Veedy from Farwest films was shooting as another cameraman for the shutes. The riders were Randy Swenson (climbmax), Trennis Baer, Paul Gibbs (Ripntear), Troy Lakusta (straypussy), and a few other riders, Mike (??)with the broken hand with the duct tape, the chopper pilot Matt did a great job for my first chopper experience, a little quissy after the first hour but I was fine after a short break. We would hover in the shute and make dry runs before doing the actual shoot, Im shure Matt was utilizing his best flying abilities to make this shots even better. Thomas would climb out on the chopper and stand on the skids and film, the doors and windows were removed earlier. Trennis broke off his steering post and had to sit and wait for the rest of the day. - Watching Primal Adventures in Trennis's Truck with Thomas and Trennis. This is an awsome series of shows. Look for them and if you see watch them. We watched them while we waited for the guys to come down the trail, as that took a few hours, we were quite a way up as well.
