May be better now, but I'd rather drive an extra 40 mins in a heated truck to Morrissey than ride a whooped out trail! And then back.....When you're already tired...

Hahahaha...................I still have a "marker stump" that isn't covered yet. But, yes it is game on. Still hitting the odd broken tree. Was a great day and a lot of WOT.

Haha excellent...Well with a winter storm watch for Sparwood this evening it should be covered soon enough.

I may just have to make a quick trip out there next week before you have it all tracked out.

If anyone wouldn't mind an additional rider in their group next week... PM me please. Have the gear, AST1 and a good shovel.

Rode just south of fernie across the line at ten lakes.. Crazy deep there as well, be good riding for a while for sure.. Ran out of fuel,in five hrs

Just saw on the news that the Lizard Range is high to extreme.

Avalanche Canada app still says high, high, considerable.

Lizard range was extreme on Monday... We rode a flat field and heard the castle ski resort shooting big avys down and saw some that ran full length.

Heard today it starting raining at Corbin staging area, from 20 below to above 0 and raining all in a few hrs

Yup. Postponed our day trip out tomorrow. See how the conditions are later through the weekend. The temptation to ride sick pow is real high, but tobogganing with my kids will keep me home tomorrow.
