I don't think wet cedar has been mentioned yet.

I love the smell of walking out onto my deck in the country the morning after a good rain and smelling the wet Cedar.

As mentioned before the following smell awesome as well:
Burnt Nitromethane at the track
Burnt VP U2 race fuel (I also love it when some dude tries telling you he isn't running it in his sled once you question him on it:d)
Fresh ground coffee/brewing Coffee
Just about any kind of Baking/Cooking/BBQ
Fresh cut wood

After walking the dog last night, I need to amend my vote.

The Kimberley nature park after a soft rain in the spring.

Sweet sauce is the only way to have a Donair. So ummmmmm are u going to share or are u just rubbing it in a bit?

i will share, directions are very important.......

mix 2/3 evaporated milk (use carnation make sure its not low fat and not refrigerated), with 2/3 cup of sugar (i usually use juuuust less than 2/3 to keep it creamier), and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. and mix it until the sugar is completely dissolved.

pour in 1/4 cup of vinegar......now the trick is, dump the vinegar in fast, and stir it 1 maybe 2 times around the bowl then let it sit weather it looks like its mixed or not (this will thicken it up more).....put it in the fridge for about 20-30 mins, give it another quick stir, and put it back in the fridge for another 20 mins or so before using.....sometimes no matter whati do it turns out runny, usually then i just dump it and make a new batch
