Good info to know. Extreme happens every couple of years...

This should be a sticky.

Might be a good weekend to build a hangover that keeps ya glued to the couch. Stay safe folks.

Fortunately, its raining in revy and socked in at the top sooo bad the guys can only ride in the trees below the alpine and down by the cabins anyway.... not much sense in going in that case.....

Again, no idea what you are talking about! Revy is far from your couch! It was in and out viz wise but when you could see we snuck into some super deep, ya bit coastal but super deep! Not raining and getting colder and clearer as the day went on. So worth getting out. Was nice the rain stopped before we left the parking lot, hate that, wet before you get up top. Hope others had a good day as well.

Just got back from Revy. Cut our trip short. Raining and risk versus reward is not worth it. Live to ride another day. Cutblocks along the trail up higher were sliding onto the trail. Viedeman is closed yet tracks went up it. As stated earlier the best thing that could happen did. The alpine is socked in with dense fog. That may save some grief for us all. Ride safe out there!:beer:

so was it raining there or was it good like RevyG says ??? lol
If he just got home he did not ride today. Everyone has there idea, sure trail was closed but up top at the start of the trail was deep in the trees. I did say coastal but I have fun EVERY time I go some are over the hood, some are coffee and good times with friends. To each his own.

It was raining when we left this morning Willy but would have been snowing heavily up top I'm sure. Not sure how the day panned out for everyone that stayed behind. I'm sure Revy G found some sweet stuff in the trees where any hazard would be minimalized.:beer:
