Anyone have any first hand experience with the 800 explorer atvs ? Wondering how they stack up against the rhino, Teryx, or prowlers, in the mud, bush trails or general riding .

No explorer industries, they make an 800 side by side, looks interesting. I don't know how to include the link.

I think I might buy one. Not the biggest or baddest thing out there, but looking for an SxS for work, plus I like being different. And you can turbo them. Was looking at the same one but different sticker on it and and for the price and what they come with stock compared to the name brands that you have to add everything to a person could pay double

my buddy has two of them, didn't know that's what they were called. clutch went out in one, and the fibreglass hood and fenders on both are cracking up bad from vibration. neat little rigs tho, I think in some countries they are street legal.

So how do they compare in mud or on bush trails, can they follow the other side by sides ?

for sure, they went everywhere we were going with the rzr and commander. first gear is pretty low, no issues with stalling or anything like that.

I think they are pretty cool. personally think the winch is too small, but I could see a LOT of people burning up clutches. since it seems like most people aren't good with a clutch anymore, especially when off roading. would love to be able to drive one.

Yeah for sure. Not a lot of accessories yet for the newer chassis buti have found one that'll work . The bighorn tire would probably be fine but I put a set of higher lug 28's on it, pretty heavy so a little more dig will probably be necessary at times and it isntbgonna affect the steering ease very much I don believe. All I added was a folding windshield. Drove them all, compared features and price, decided I'd give this a try, never been much of a Kawwy brute fan but we have a super dealer here and he's telling me he's been really happy with the way Kawwy has been handling warranty issues, and it's a full 3 years, that's great.
I guess I'll find out .
