I blew up my first one 100km after turbo install (1300 original km) going down a groomed trail, pulled a cord on the next one first day this year on the first hard pull( probably 500km on that belt), I will be doing an alignment check right away if that's good I will probably install a blow hole and/ or float the secondary, my clutches tend to get super hot especially pulling my fat arse up the hill

Not sure if it is a fluke on yours or not, but on my older 11 I had to put a 200thou shim in to push out secondary, it allied primary and secondary much better and no more belts went out, and ran much cooler overall..

a turbo will go threw belts quicker than n/a but still a 1000mile belt life is not out of line for it I found..

take me a look at your pri to secondary, it should look fairly straight with belt installed, if it looks like a bad dogleg you could use a alinment

Sometimes they just blow from stress and stretching... We ran dayco xtx belts on our turbo. That gates carbon fibre version would minimize belt stretch.

Check alignment. Check both clutches to make sure nothing binding or stuck/sticking.
