Exciting news and events in Valemount!

Hey Folks

Some pretty cool things happening in Valemount over the next two months. Our application for our new shelter in the Clemina Creek area has been approved, our annual group ATV ride is this Saturday and we are hosting a volunteer alpine cleanup of the Allen Creek area on September 21st.

Not exactly sure yet tho. The tender process for construction is over on the 21st so we will know more of our needs by then. Timing is very tight, so for simplicity, and to support local business we are trying to buy local as much as possible. For now we just have the donation drive going on, but that could change after the 21st. I do know we will be looking for metal railing and stairs, and possibly grating for the floor of the deck as we cannot source these locally.

If you need the railings made up keep me in mind I would be happy to weld them up for you. And can also get you a pretty good deal on the material!

If you want these welded up, I will inspect them for VARDA no problem, sorry Neil, I haven't failed enough welds today.
