Engine swap advice needed!

I have an early 90's Indy 500 liquid right now. The sled is in rough shape but the engine is good. I am considering picking up an 01 RMK 800 with a blown engine and swapping the two engines. Has anyone done this? Do the motor mounts match up? And if so will the 500 clutch be in the same spot as the 800? Thanks for any help you can give me!

i would say part out the 500 and rebuild the 800. that is 2 different chassis could be barkin up a tree you dont wanna climb. with the eng swap idea.
might end up costing more than the sled is worth at the end of the day.
