Enduro riding in AB?

I'm new to forum and also the province. I've been debating adding an endruo bike to the stable, either an XR650 or KTM 640. I'm wondering if there's any good high-speed trails for these types of bikes. Especially in the Lakeland region, but I'm willing to travel anywhere!

some pretty good riding around here in the peace river area, where are you calling lakeland...like high prairie/mclennan/slave lake? lots of us are going the dual sport route, pretty sure there is some good stuff in that area as well.

Thanks teeroy, that was kind of where i was thinking. I live in the Vegreville area, definitely nothing going on around here. I've been keeping my open in the Cold Lake to Lac la Biche regions. I Elk hunted this past fall up at Spirit River, amazing country! Maybe a bit far for a day trip though.

Try north of of the Touchwood lake road ( north of lac la biche ) or the Old Conklin road. Lots of fast sand trails off the Old Conklin Road.

Great suggestions, sounds like some interesting places! I may need to get serious about another bike.
