It's 3.5 hours later in nfld.... So if you want to think of it in the same regard as say Santa clause coming you would actually die 3.5 hrs before here in Alberta...... Or if you want to look at it as in it being . 12:00 there and 8:30 here then they get that extra 3.5 hrs to live. But you'll lose a minimum of 6.5-7 hrs flying there...... All about perspective
