Hey guys, I bought a used 24' enclosed trailer, it does not have a furnace in it, should I put one in? If I do put a furnace in it do I have to install drains to let the water out?

I bought a 50,000 BTU Mr Heater kerosene heater for ours. Portable, affordable and can be used to heat any thing you want. Gonna wire in a 120V receptacle into the interior of the trailer with a cord on the exterior. I don't know that you need to put drainage holes. ours leaks water out the back door.
