Not sure how long your trailer is? Princess auto has some 4' led fixtures that go on sale for around $25ea that seem pretty decent. Amazon also has good reviews on the
Hyperikon tubes. Not sure if they are available in the size you require?

Your running lights on 120V?

I'd run a full set of 12V led if this was the case.

So do you not have other issues with batteries dying ? Why not a little generator ? A 1000 will run for about 8hr on the fuel, keeps the heater running. I have 2 bus fans in mine to keep air flow moving so kills my batteries, thats what i do.

I bought leds off ebay shipped from hong kong. These are in Canada . They are 5m long waterproof 300 bulbs per strip and $5.00 shipped to my door. I bought 10 strips 5 per side the only problem I had was joints in the metal I didnt leave an loose loop for contracting metal in winter. A couple did pull apart but you can solder it.

The led strips is what I would do as well. Had 1 strip down each side of our royal and were brighter than the 3 led 16” ones I put down center

I got 9 of these installed in my trailer. They're not cheap but they sure are bright.
