How do ya ride in ski boots??

I wear a pair of these overboots (XXL fits my 305bsl ski boot perfect). $99 at MEC. I just wear them on the trail and stash them away when skiing / doubling up. I have very stiff ski boots and don't find it too difficult to ride the sled. But the trail sucks without those overboots I tell ya !!!

I use alpine touring boots as i ski tour a lot off the sled as well. Great to get to lines you can't sled too. Ski boots in general are a pain in the butt to sled with but I do it a lot so am pretty dialled but it is one reason why snowboarding off sleds is easier but less easy for touring...some guys bring their boots up in a seperate bag and put them on when skiing but I usually decide on conditions of the day when i am skiing and don't ride on those days...
